All sales are generally considered final.
We do not accept returns for change of mind after an order has been confirmed and shipped.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the issue via Instagram message.
After review, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Books that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
Digital content (if applicable in the future) is non-refundable.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (or agreed alternative).
